You are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully before using the PrimeXcess platform. By using this platform you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The PrimeXcess platform is owned and operated by Oracle Worldwide Sdn Bhd (“Oracle Worldwide”), a company incorporated in Malaysia.
The contents of the platform are intended for your personal use only. All materials published on this platform (including but not limited to articles, advertisements, images, illustrations also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, and are owned or controlled by Oracle Worldwide, or the party credited as the provider of the Content.
PrimeXcess Platform
As part of the offering of our services, PrimeXcess will provide you with use of the platform including licensed application, browser, data encryption, transmission, access and storage. Your registration for, subscription to, or use of, the platform shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions, including but not limited to PrimeXcess’s privacy policies. By utilizing the platform, you may access the services. You are responsible for obtaining the operating system and browser that capable of sufficiently high level of encryption to meet the system requirements which we do establish from time to time. Your use of any platform may also be subject to the license agreements of the operating system and browser, in addition to these terms and conditions. You are additionally responsible for obtaining internet services via the internet service provider of your choice. You acknowledge that there are certain security, corruption, transmission error, and access availability risks associated with using open network such as the internet and you are hereby expressly assume such risks (to the extent the law allows you to do so). You acknowledge that you are using the platform for your convenience and have made your own independent assessment of the adequacy of the internet as a delivery mechanism for accessing information and initiating instructions and that you are satisfied with such assessment. Hence, we are not responsible for any internet access services.
Privacy Policy
PrimeXcess’s privacy policy may be viewed at our privacy policy page. Oracle Worldwide reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in its reasonable discretion from time to time.
License Grant and Restrictions
Oracle Worldwide hereby grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the platform, subject to these Terms of Use (the “License”). All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by Oracle Worldwide and its licensors.
Users shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the platform or the content in any way; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the platform or the content; or (iii) reverse engineer or access the platform in order to (a) build a competitive product or service, (b) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the platform, or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the platform. Users agree to cooperate with Oracle Worldwide not to cause any unauthorized co-branding. Users may license to use by any number of employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents within a single usersorganization, but cannot otherwise be shared or used by more than one usersentity.
Users’ Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for all activity occurring with regard to their users’ accounts and shall abide by all applicable local and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with users’ use of the service or platform, including those related to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal data. Users shall: (i) notify PrimeXcess immediately of any unauthorized disclosure or use of any password or account or any other known or suspected breach of security; (ii) report to PrimeXcess immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any copying or distribution or redistribution of content that is known or suspected by users; and (iii) not to use the log in credentials of or impersonate another PrimeXcess’s users or provide false identity information to gain access to or use the platform.
In addition, users are solely responsible for their contents, as well as all visual, written or audible communication. Users further agree not to use the platform to communicate any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, and indecent, would violate the intellectual property rights of any party or is otherwise unlawful, that would give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation. Although PrimeXcess is not responsible for any such communications, PrimeXcess reserves the right, but shall not be obligated to delete any such communications of which PrimeXcess becomes aware, at any time without notice to users.
Account Information and Users’ Data
Basic users’ information, such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and etc. will always be subjected to our Privacy Policy, found at our privacy policy page.
Users of the platform will be using the site to host users’ data. Users’ data means all data, in whatever form including photographs and other advertising content, entered or loaded into the platform by providing the same to PrimeXcess or its affiliates. Users’ data may at times be viewed, accessed or utilized by PrimeXcess for the purpose of resolving an issue, improving customer support or the platform, investigating a suspected violation, or as may be required by law.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their users’ registration and password.
